A Little About Jennifer

Jennifer brings us 25 years of experience in Real Estate. She started her career in 2000 in the South Florida market, where she gained experience not only selling real estate, but also as a property manager, managing over 100 properties. However, her real passion was helping her customers reach their goals, whether it was buying or selling property. Her main focus was residential real estate.

In 2017, she relocated to Denver to be closer to family. She helped many young families start their homeownership journey in one of the toughest markets in the country. During her four years there, she gained invaluable knowledge about the investment side of real estate. Whether you are looking for a rehab property, a passive income property, or you are ready to add to your investment portfolio, Jennifer is ready to be your guide.

Now, Jennifer has found her forever home in Tennessee. No matter what your needs are, she has the tools, knowledge, and experience to help you “level up” in your own knowledge of the real estate market so you can reach YOUR goals.

Jennifer’s hobbies include anything home renovation related! In her spare time, you can often find her painting something, building screens, changing light fixtures, or refinishing/rehabbing furniture. Taking something that is a little worn and tired, and giving it new life inspires her! If you know Jennifer, you know she loves PROJECTS!
